TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT
All members of the Sunway Hospitality Management team are highly trained hoteliers. All management staff is trained in all aspects of operations to include franchise requirements, sales and marketing, day to day operations and continual development of staff to give our guests the best experience we can offer at each of our locations.
Sunway can assist with initial conceptual designs, furniture layouts and planning to include working with the franchise and architect. Sunway Hospitality has experience to include from the initial planning to the opening of the hotel to include FF&E purchasing, marketing, hiring of staff and all operational aspects of opening a new hotel or converting to a new franchise.
HOTEL FINANCE AND ACCOUNTING
Sunway Hospitality offers owners and investors state of the art financial reporting from yearly budget preparation, monthly financial statements and ongoing cost analysis of a hotel’s performance.
The primary goal of Revenue Management is to sell the right product to the right customer at the right time for the right price. Sunway Hospitality ensures our staff applies this discipline to our customers' perception of product value and accurately aligns prices, placement and availability with each of our locations and hotel guest segments.
HOTEL FURNITURE FIXTURES AND EQUIPMENT PURCHASING AND PROCUREMENT
Sunway Hospitality has extensive experience in procurement, design and implementation of furniture fixtures and equipment. Sunway can handle the design, purchasing and installation for new build and renovation projects. Sunway uses its many resources and relationships to get competitive pricing and pass the savings on to the owners and investors.
Sunway Hospitality is experienced in human resources training and implementation to ensure the hotels are run effectively with the highest regard to our employee's training and guest service.
Sunway Hospitality identifies plans that risk management can mitigate. Sunway identifies the legal risks involved in fraud, sexual harassment, business practices and theft.
